- “Customer,” “you,” or “your” refers to the individual(s) booking a tour or using our services.
1. Booking and Payment
- To book a tour, you must provide accurate and complete information.
- Prices quoted for our tours are subject to change without prior notice. However, once a booking is confirmed, the price is locked in.
- We accept payment through approved methods, such as credit/debit cards and Cash (AED/USD/EUR). For all currencies apart from AED, the amount will be calculated based on the exchange rate.
2. Tour Itinerary
- We will provide you with a detailed itinerary for your tour.
- We reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary if necessary, considering factors such as weather conditions, safety concerns, or local regulations.
- We are not responsible for any changes, delays, or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.
3. Code of Conduct
- You are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully during the tour.
- You must follow the instructions and guidelines provided by our tour guides or representatives.
- Any damage caused to property or violation of local laws or regulations during the tour will be your responsibility.
4. Liability and Insurance
- We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our operations, as required by law.
- We shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, damage, or delay caused during the tour, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
- It is your responsibility to ensure that you have adequate travel insurance coverage for the duration of the tour.
5. Modifications
- We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
- Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Agreement on our website.
By booking a tour or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
At Smart Holidays LLC, we are dedicated to providing you with an exceptional experience. To ensure a smooth booking process, we encourage you to carefully review our refund policy before making a reservation. Your understanding helps us deliver the best service possible.
- Desert Safari cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking are eligible for a full refund. Refund requests made after 24 hours of the booking will not be processed. Please ensure to review this policy before confirming your reservation.
- For all other tours and tickets, please note that no refunds will be issued once the booking is confirmed. Be sure to review your reservation details before finalizing your booking.
- Payments for special packages, discounted offers, and promotional deals are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed. Please ensure all details are correct before finalizing your reservation.
- To request a refund, please email us with your proof of payment and booking details. Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days and credited to the original payment method.
