Border to Border Visa Change Process
Step 1: Consultation

- Provide them with your current visa expiry date.

Step 2: Document Preparation
- Current Visa Copy or Cancellation Paper (if you are coming from a Residence Visa Cancellation).
- Passport Copy with a validity of 6 months or more.
- Passport Size Photograph
It is important to provide complete and clear documents copy to avoid any delay on visa approval process.
Step 3: Oman Visa Application & Bus Trip Booking
- Oman Visa is required in order for you to cross the Border. This is applied by your travel agent beforehand.
Our team will then give you bus trip with different timings that will suit your availability and your current visa expiry date. The common airport destinations are Oman, Bahrain, and Kuwait.
Step 4: Visa Change Process
- Bus pick up location and timing will be sent to you by your travel agent.
- Make sure that all your documents are printed (Oman Visa, Current Visa, and Passport Copy)
- Application process of your new visa will start after you cross the border.
- After crossing the border, passengers will be dropped in a hotel to wait for their visa approval which usually approved within the day.
Step 5: Approval and Completion
- Once visas are approved, passengers will take a bus trip at end of day going back to Dubai.
